Well I have been dieting since 18 weeks out and it is going rather smoothly. Once 18 weeks out hit I got on the game plan of cardio and clean eating. I started my diet at 257lbs and now I am sitting around 240lbs. My weight dropped so fast so my trainer decided to pull my cardio and I am not going lie, it is fun not having to do any cardio lol.
I thought it would be a good idea to post my current diet on here so you guys can see what I am doing and to help you guys get some ideas on how to get in shape especially with the summer coming. We all want ripped abs for summer.
Some other things I have been doing which could be of benefit to everyone reading this is that I read something positive and uplifting every day for one hour while in my contest prep mode. I would also recommend meditation for people as it can really keep you calm and in a relaxed vibration.
