A New Year...A New YOU!!

Hi everyone,

The new year is upon us. How was 2010 for you? Did you achieve all you said you were going to achieve. Did you put 100% into your training and diet? Did you meet your weight loss targets, did your physique make the changes you would have liked? If your answer is no then put all of that behind you and let's get focused for 2011.

A great Christmas present for yourself is to invest in a Troy Brown Approved Training & Nutrition plan. This will get you off and running for the new year. This could also be a great present for a dear friend, family member or your spouse. Nothing beats the gift of health!!

Make it a priority to put your health and fitness first for 2011. You may have had training plans in the past but did you give those plans justice, did you give it your all? Take action and make 2011 a new you.

It is my mission to help as many people as I can live a healthier and better life and to also help people get their gym body.

Drop me an email and let me know that you would like a new Training & Nutrition plan for 2011.

Don't put it off, ACT NOW!!

2011 is YOUR year!!

Troy :)

We All Need A Coach

No matter what gym I go to if it is in the UK, USA or Canada, I constantly see people walking around on the gym floor with no sense of direction, no plan and just going though the motions.

What is sad to see is people not showing any evidence of changes to their body. They continue to look the same year after year. If this is you then you need to look at all areas of your lifestyle. Are you getting enough sleep every night, do you have a good nutrition plan to follow and do you have a plan attack when it comes to your training? Really sit down and ask yourself these three questions.

What springs to mind is that all great sports men and sports women have coaches. I know for sure that Tiger Woods and Michael Jordon have coaches. You may say that why does Tiger Woods need a coach as he is the best in the world at what he does? My answer is that he is always working on becoming better, creating a better version of himself. No matter what level you are we all need a coach.

My advice to anyone reading this who does not have coach is to go and find a good coach that walks their talk and above all.... YOU have to be coach-able...you will be amazed with the results you will get. Having a coach makes you accountable. This shows that you are hugely committed and commitment means going towards your goal no matter what even after the mood you set it in has faded.
