We All Need A Coach

No matter what gym I go to if it is in the UK, USA or Canada, I constantly see people walking around on the gym floor with no sense of direction, no plan and just going though the motions.

What is sad to see is people not showing any evidence of changes to their body. They continue to look the same year after year. If this is you then you need to look at all areas of your lifestyle. Are you getting enough sleep every night, do you have a good nutrition plan to follow and do you have a plan attack when it comes to your training? Really sit down and ask yourself these three questions.

What springs to mind is that all great sports men and sports women have coaches. I know for sure that Tiger Woods and Michael Jordon have coaches. You may say that why does Tiger Woods need a coach as he is the best in the world at what he does? My answer is that he is always working on becoming better, creating a better version of himself. No matter what level you are we all need a coach.

My advice to anyone reading this who does not have coach is to go and find a good coach that walks their talk and above all.... YOU have to be coach-able...you will be amazed with the results you will get. Having a coach makes you accountable. This shows that you are hugely committed and commitment means going towards your goal no matter what even after the mood you set it in has faded.

Champions aren't made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision."
